BAPTISM

A baptism for an infant child to 6 years of age can be scheduled through the parish office. Bap- tisms occur monthly. Call (718) 257-0612 to schedule an appointment with Father Mason and bring the birth certificate.
7 years or older is considered "age of reason" and the child must take 2 years of classes to be baptized along with their First Holy Communion. In the case of those who have reached the 7th grade & above (ages 12 - 17), they should contact Sr. Susan @ (631) 316-8134. They will have Baptism, First Holy Communion and Confirmation in the second year.

El bautismo de un niño de hasta 6 años de edad puede concertarse a través de la oficina parroquial. Los bautismos se celebran una vez al mes. Llame (718) 257-0612 para concertar una cita con el padre Mason y traiga el certificado de nacimiento .
A partir de los 7 años o más se considera "edad de razón" y el niño debe tomar 2 años de clases para ser bautizado junto con su Primera Comunión. En el caso de las personas que han alcanzado el séptimo grado y más (de 12 a 17 años), deben comunicarse con la Sr Susan - (631) 316-8134. We want to give special attention to the sick. Please leave at the office the necessary information so we can visit them and bring them the Holy Eucharist.
